At Firewood Crafts, we take pride in creating quality handcrafted and personalized products. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, Firewood Crafts will, at our discretion:
• Replace the item at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Customer spelling errors
• Incorrect information provided during ordering
• Design choices approved by the customer
• Change of mind after production has begun

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Firewood Crafts is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
