Firewood Crafts LLC is based in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania. We create our products in our local workshop and offer shipping as well as local pickup on eligible orders.

Yes. Many of our products can be personalized, and we also create completely custom pieces. If you have an idea that is not currently available in our shop, submit a custom order request and tell us what you have in mind.

Use our Request a Custom Order form and provide as much information as possible about your project. Include details about the design, size, wording, quantity, and other requirements. We will review your request and contact you to discuss the project.

Yes, when the product or custom-order form allows it. Please only submit artwork, logos, photographs, or other material that you have permission to use. Some artwork may need to be adjusted to work well with laser engraving or the material being used.

For custom projects where design approval is necessary, we may provide a proof for approval before production. Simple personalization may not require a separate proof.

Production time depends on the product, quantity, level of customization, and our current workload. Custom projects may take longer than standard products. If you need something by a specific date, please let us know before ordering so we can determine whether we can meet your deadline.

Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible orders in the Sharpsville, Pennsylvania area. If you select local pickup, we will provide pickup information when your order is ready.

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a problem with the order. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.

Contact us as soon as possible and include your order information and photos showing the problem. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We can only reproduce designs when their use is permitted. If you provide a logo or other protected artwork, you are responsible for having permission to use it. We may decline a project if there are concerns about intellectual-property rights.

Yes. We can work with organizations, teams, clubs, and other groups on select fundraising projects. Contact us to discuss what you have in mind.

Care depends on the material and product. Wood products should generally be kept away from excessive moisture and prolonged outdoor exposure unless specifically designed for outdoor use. Care instructions may also be included with individual products when necessary.
