Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Many Firewood Crafts products are made or finished after an order is placed. Processing time may vary depending on product type, personalization, quantity, material availability, current production workload, and approval of custom artwork or designs.

Any estimated completion or shipping date provided is an estimate unless Firewood Crafts specifically agrees in writing to a guaranteed date. For time-sensitive orders, customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering.

Production of a custom item will not begin until all required information has been received, any required design details have been resolved, and payment has been completed unless otherwise agreed. Delays in receiving customer information or approvals may delay completion of the order.

Shipping costs, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is finalized. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Firewood Crafts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, and transportation disruptions.

When tracking information is available, it may be provided after an order ships. Tracking information may take time to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost or if an order arrives damaged, contact Firewood Crafts so we can help investigate the issue. For damaged packages, customers should retain the product and original packaging and provide photographs if requested.

Orders designated for local pickup must be picked up at the location and according to the instructions provided by Firewood Crafts. Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that an order is ready before attempting pickup.

Pickup availability does not mean that Firewood Crafts operates a public retail storefront. Pickup arrangements may be scheduled or provided according to instructions supplied with the order.

Applicable sales tax will be collected when required by law.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or returned package may be the customer's responsibility.
