Terms & Conditions

Firewood Crafts creates handcrafted, engraved, personalized, and other specialty products. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, colors, prices, and availability. Because many products are handmade and may use natural materials, individual products may vary slightly from photographs or examples.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Firewood Crafts may change prices, products, promotions, or availability at any time. If a significant pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when appropriate, cancel and refund an affected order rather than fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price.

Submitting an order does not require Firewood Crafts to accept an order that cannot reasonably or legally be fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, material unavailability, equipment or production limitations, prohibited or unlawful content, intellectual-property concerns, or an obvious pricing or product-listing error.

If we cancel a paid order that has not otherwise been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details. Review names, dates, numbers, spelling, wording, sizes, and other selections carefully before placing an order or approving a design. Where Firewood Crafts provides a design proof for approval, the customer's approval authorizes us to produce the item substantially according to that proof.

By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, designs, or other content to Firewood Crafts, you represent that you own the submitted material or have permission to use it for the requested purpose, and that Firewood Crafts may reproduce, engrave, print, cut, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and otherwise use the material to complete your order.

You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other rights holders. Firewood Crafts may refuse to reproduce material when we reasonably believe doing so could violate another person's rights or applicable law. Submission of artwork does not transfer ownership of the customer's underlying intellectual property to Firewood Crafts.

Original designs, photographs, website content, graphics, product presentations, logos, and other materials created or owned by Firewood Crafts may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws. They may not be commercially reproduced or used without permission except as otherwise permitted by law.

Unless a customer requests otherwise before or during the order process, Firewood Crafts may photograph products we create and use photographs of the finished product for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other business promotion. We will use reasonable judgment regarding products that contain obviously sensitive personal information. Customers who do not want their custom product photographed or used for promotional purposes may tell us when placing the order.

Promotional codes must be used according to the terms of the promotion, may have expiration dates or product restrictions, may not be combined unless specifically permitted, and have no cash value. Firewood Crafts may correct or cancel promotions created or published in error.

Payment is due as indicated during checkout or in a custom-order agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, custom-order production will not begin until required payment has been received.

Applicable sales tax will be charged when required.

Purchases are also governed by our Shipping & Local Pickup Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Customers may be able to submit product or business reviews. Reviews must reflect the submitter's genuine experience and may not contain unlawful, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or intentionally misleading content. Firewood Crafts may moderate reviews for inappropriate content, spam, personal information, or content unrelated to a genuine customer experience. We will not require a positive review as a condition of publishing legitimate customer feedback.

We work to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Website features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, service-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Firewood Crafts LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

These Terms and purchases from Firewood Crafts LLC are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without excluding any consumer protections that are legally applicable to the customer.

Firewood Crafts may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates become effective when the revised terms are posted on the website unless otherwise stated.
